UHPLC-HRMS data of Mailuoning Oral Liquid chemical profiling of the original formula and regulation of serum and hepatic lipid metabolism and inflammation

This dataset contains raw ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (UHPLC-HRMS) data and pseudo-targeted lipidomics quantification results supporting the study "Integrated chemical profiling and lipidomics reveal that Mailuoning oral liquid alleviates diet-induced MASLD via PPARα-mediated lipid homeostasis and COX-2 inhibition, with identification of potential active constituents".For the chemical profiling of Mailuoning Oral Liquid (MLN), the dataset includes raw mass spectrometry data (.raw) of the MLN original formula, its constituent single herbs, and reference standards, acquired on a UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap HRMS system and processed with Xcalibur software.For the pseudo-targeted lipidomics analysis, the dataset includes raw peak areas of lipids in serum and liver samples of mice from the normal control group (NCD), the high-fat high-fructose diet-induced model group (HFHFD), and the MLN low- and high-dose treatment groups (5.4 and 10.8 mL/kg), acquired on an AB Sciex Triple Quad™ 4500 system and processed with Analyst software.This dataset provides a data reference for the chemical profiling of traditional Chinese medicine formulas and mechanism studies of their in vivo actions.
