This paper looks at the refugee situation in Thailand, as increasing numbers of Khmer and Laotians have moved into the country.
Description
It argues for the need to revise current assumptions and policies seeking to address the evolving problem of the movement of the Indochinese into Southeast Asia. It also briefly discusses voluntary repatriation, self-reliance and development, immigration, and special humanitarian admissions.
