Transcriptional analysis of the bifocal HCCs

To investigate the tumor microenvironment of bifocal HCCs and the heterogeneity of biofocal HCCs that were categorized into different group by different imaging features, we then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 6 patients with biofocal HCCs.
