CellProfiler pipeline for confocal images analysis_1

This pipeline was created with the open-source software CellProfiler (4.2.1 release) and it is suitable for the automatized analysis of confocal microscopy images, allowing the quantification of the levels of a protein in subcellular compartments (nucleus and cytosol).
Description
It also can determine the grade of overlapping between to confocal channels, being useful for the study of colocalization between two proteins of interest.
The pipeline is ready to use and can be adapted to a new project, modifying data in the menu of each command that compose the pipeline.
