Interaction between ITIH and PD-L1 after imputation. a, Kaplan-Meier curves for overall survival (OS) according to combined ITIH/PD-L1 groups: Hom-IE/PD-L1-high, Hom-IE/PD-L1-low, Non-Hom-IE/PD-L1-high, and Non-Hom-IE/PD-L1-low. The Non-Hom-IE category includes all other ITIH classes (Het-IE, Het-D, Hom-D).
P values for survival comparisons were calculated using the log-rank test. b, Forest plot showing multivariable Cox regression analysis for OS in the pooled cohort after PD-L1 imputation. Estimates are reported as hazard ratio (HR) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs).</p>
