Bronchoalveolar lavage-derived immune cells from CVID patients with GLILD differ from sarcoidosis

Some patients with common variable Immunodeficiency (CVID) present with (Granulomatous-Lymphocytic Interstitial Lung Disease) GLILD.
Description
Here we compared the transcriptional profile of sorted immunecell subsets (CD21low and CD21pos B cells), T peripheral helper cells and PD1negative CD4 T cells, CD8 and mocrophages derived from the bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) from patients with CVID and GLILD and sarcoidosis.
