(D) EdU assay confirmed reduced proliferative capacity in FABP5- knockdown Huh7 cells. (E) The wound assay showed the healing capability of Huh7 cells was markedly suppressed after FABP5 knockdown. (F) Western blot analysis demonstrated that FABP5 knockdown upregulated E-cadherin and downregulated N-cadherin and Vimentin.</p>
