MDOT Plant Manual for Slope Planting

All datasets currently hosted in Tyler Data & Insights (TDI) will be migrated to the new system. Users who access these datasets via API should be aware that field names, schema definitions and other dataset attributes may change after the transition.

Any systems, applications or automated processes that rely on these elements may need updates to remain fully functional. This plant manual features species that perform well under roadside conditions, are non‑invasive, and require minimal maintenance. Plant selection remains site‑specific, as not all species or varieties are suitable for every location.
