Animal species identified from camera trap pictures located in Doñana applyng automatic procedures (ARISE speciesnet) of BMD project

Original emailed pictures (reduced resolution from original pictures) using 4G connection were uploaded to the ARISE platform and analysed following the suggested BMD procedure, i.e. megadetector algorithm to remove empty pictures, filtering including animals and excluding persons and vehicles, analysed with Speciesnet algorithm and exported as CameraDB compressed file.

Data have been standardized to Darwin Core using the camtrapdp R package and only include observations (and associated media) of animals. Excluded are records that document blank or unclassified media vehicles and observations of humans.
