These exceptions were GPD Fem from PEFO for 1989 through 1995 = 16.5, 57.5, 66.5, 68.5, 68.7, 94.5, 104.5, and 147.5. So, I have data from 162 GPD estrous females from PEFO for Mean MC times and CUMULATIVE MC time, but the number of cases seems to be only 154. On 09 May 2022, I recognize that this file ALREADY CONTAINS INFORMATION ON COPS AND MCs of male-6 (9, 10) for female-BB (563, 564) on 03 April 1990 Another OLD File name = GPDs, EVERY MC, Cum MC time, RMC and VCC, 20 July 2022 Mean MC Time = mean duration PER FEMALE of all MCs for that female, with one data point per female.

These numbers differ from the numbers in Fig 16.4, which include all MCS from all females--often with several data points from the same female. All durations in MINUTES OLD File name: GPDs, All and Cumulative MC times, all 3 cols, 20 July 2022 This new file now has cumulative MC times from all 3 GPD coloinies: PEFO, RMC, and VCC This file contains (a) all MEAN MC times across all three GPD study-colonies for every GPD female that elicited >=1 MC and (b) the cumulative MC time for each GPD female For (a), several MCs for certain GPD females; I use these several MCs to compute a single mean MC time.

For (b) I have calculated a single cumulative MC time for each estrous female MC = Mating Call GPD Redondo Meadow Colony (RMC, studied in 2013 through 2016) was at Valles Caldera National Preserve (VCNP). GPD Visitor Center Colony (VCC, studied in 2017 and 2018) was also at VCNP. GPD colony at Petrified Forest National Park (PEFO) was studied from 1989 through 1995.

These data used for Fig 16.5 in Hoogland 2026. This file ready for longterm storage on 22 March 2025. I considered data from the same prairie dog in different years to be independent.
