Raw data for functional characterization of the SvMDR1 gene in Stemphylium vesicarium

The data were collected from wild-type (WT), ΔSvmdr1 knockout, complemented (ΔSvmdr1-Com), and overexpression (OE-Svmdr1) strains, covering the following phenotypic assays:Colony radial growth rate (on PDA at 28°C for 7 days)Stress tolerance (growth inhibition rates under H₂O₂, CoCl₂, and ethanol stress)qRT-PCR gene expression (relative expression of SvMDR1, SvPKS1, and other genes)qRT-PCR validation of RNA-seq DEGs (verification of differentially expressed genes identified by transcriptome analysis)Altersolanol A production (quantified by HPLC)Virulence assay (lesion areas on detached tomato leaves)Statistical calculations (including t-test results, Spearman correlation coefficients, and linear regression outputs for all figures)All data were obtained from three independent biological replicates and are provided in Excel format.
