Transcriptomic re-analysis outputs of pterygium recurrence programs: calibration with directional replication (GSE2513, GSE208384)

This dataset supports a manuscript currently under review on the recurrent pterygiumprogram and consistent-perturbation (virtual knockout/overexpression) analysis.It contains the complete differential-expression outputs for GSE2513, given at both probe level and gene level and computed with a probe-level Welch t-test under Benjamini-Hochberg FDR control, together with the GSE208384 replication and direction check; the signed-edge table of the 26-node network; the consistency-ranked perturbation outputs; the full sensitivity suite (dose response, anchor-strength lambda 0.15/0.30/0.45, removal of reversed edges, Monte-Carlo stability); the main and supplementary figure files of the manuscript; and the Python analysis scripts.Source datasets: GEO GSE2513 and GSE208384 only.

No new clinical or experimental data were generated, and no individual-level human data are included.Related dataset: this entry is one of two companion datasets from the same group. The other entry (scidb.cn/anonymous/NkpKcmVp) re-analyses a wider set of nine public datasets, two of which (GSE2513 and GSE208384) are shared with the present entry, for a different question, endpoint and output; the two entries are complementary and are not duplicate publications.
