Description
This thesis portfolio contains two papers. <br><br>Paper 1 is a meta-analysis reviewing Positive Psychology Interventions for Post-Traumatic Growth. <br><br>Paper 2 is an empirical study which comprised of conducting path-analysis on a secondary data set to explore predictors Post-traumatic Growth amongst healthcare workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. <br><br>Findings and implications with regards to research, theory, and practice are considered within each paper. <br><br><i>Thesis is embargoed until 31 December 2025.</i><br>
