The series contains information on charges of employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability and other bases in hiring, firing, wages, training, apprenticeship and other conditions of employment.

Information includes names and addresses o f charging parties and respondents; bases of complaints; employment policies and practices related to the charges; administrative and legal actions; resolutions of complaints and benefits, if awarded.
