Effect of SPP1 stimulation on gene expression of human skin fibroblast cell line (HSF)

To investigate the function of exogenous SPP1 in the regulation of fibroblast cellular function.
Description
The concentration of SPP1 for treatment is 10nM and the duration of treatment is 24h. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 independent experimental replicates.
