This is data from Rodgers et al. 2026. An efficient iDNA method for surveying rainforest mammals with carrion flies.
Data provided is for sequences taxonomically identified with 2 different classifiers, scit-learn (within QIIME2) and BLAST, as well as a somewhat subjectively assigned "presumed species" informed by both taxonomic classifiers, and prior knowledge of the mammal community at Los Amigos.
