WTPDs = white-tailed prairie dogs Individuals at WTPD colonies were not marked, so I could accurately determine colony ranks (relative colony sizes) but not exact colony sizes These WTPD summary data for fleas per burrow entrance used for Figure 5.2 (which also shows sample sizes) in Hoogland 2026.
