BRHP Opportunity Designations

The Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership (BRHP) operates the Baltimore Housing Mobility Program (BHMP) in Baltimore City and the five metropolitan counties of Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford and Howard.
