Catalog of dense cores and filament in Ophiuchus from Herschel

Specific observations for different parts of the    Ophiuchus cloud include L1688, observed in September 2010 (identifiers    1342205093 and 1342205094) and L1712 (identifiers 1342204088 and 1342204089).   For the Northern Streamer, the observations were done in February 2011   (identifiers 1342214577 and 1342214578).

An additional observation was    conducted in March 2012 to address incomplete coverage in the PACS 70 and 160   μm bands at the overlapping areas of these three regions (identifiers    1342241499 and 1342241500). Using the multi-scale source and filament    extraction method getsf (Men'shchikov, 2021A&A...649A..89M), we identified a   total of 882 reliable cores, including 686 starless cores and 64 protostellar   cores, and 769 well-resolved filaments with at least one side that appeared not    blended with adjacent structures.   The observed properties of all dense cores are given in table1.txt, and    their derived properties are listed in table2.txt.
