The Research on the Relationships among Corporate Performance and Leadership Style, Corporate Ethics and Corporate Culture

To accomplish this purpose, questionnaire survey method was used. That is, we select 20 firms to be our data each in the field of department store industry and international hotel industry.

In the end, we analyze the cause-and-effect relationship and compare the collected statistic data from perspectives of leadership style, corporate ethics, corporate culture and corporate performance. Furthermore, this information would help managers make better decisions.
