Two new species of the genus Trilacuna Tong & Li, 2007, T. manhao Tong & Li, sp. nov. (♂ ♀) and T. mopanshan Tong & Li, sp. nov. (♂ ♀), are described from Yunnan, China.
Descriptions, diagnoses, photomicroscopy images and a key to species of Yunnan Province are provided.
