Associated Data for "Theory and Experiment Study of the 3D DuMond Diagram in X-ray Backscattering"

The publicly available measured data is mainly based on experimental measurements, which is sufficient to support the independent verification of experimental reproduction and the core conclusions of the paper. The dataset contains two types of experimental measurement data: 1、 Projection of Backscatter 3D DuMond Diagram on the Θ - Φ Plane Corresponding folders' 0meV ',' -200meV ', and' 400meV 'correspond to X-ray energy deviating from backscattering energy by 0 meV, -200 meV, and+400 meV, respectively.

Each folder contains swing curve data for each angle, with file names corresponding to different angles. The data file is in ASCII text format (. dat), which can be imported using Origin software or opened directly with a text editor.
