Jovo and Ljuba Dabic are ethnic Serbs from Donje Velesnje village near Hrvatska Kostajnica, Croatia.
Description
They lived in the town their entire lives, staying there throughout the conflict in Croatia until 17 May 1998. Amnesty International is concerned that because of their nationality, Jovo and Ljuba Dabic were violently attacked and that the impunity for those attacks intimidated them into leaving Croatia.
