Description
At left, a long line of workers toil in the sand at the foot of a large dune. To the right of them, sand has been sliced into strips in preparation for removal via sluice, while in the background, industrial buildings are visible.
The sand was emptied into the ocean. Photoprint reads "Slauson Avenue Storm drain".
