Deep-Sea Mining System based on the Flexible Riser and Research on the Dynamic Response of Vertical Pipeline under System Linkage Operation

The strength and hydrodynamic response of the vertical flexible riser in deep-sea mining system under the combined operation of surface and seabed are studied by numerical simulation.(1) The overall system scheme of the deep-sea mining system based on flexible riser is proposed;(2) The composition of the deep-sea mining system based on flexible riser and the operation characteristics and modes of the subsystems are comprehensively proposed;(3) The strength and hydrodynamic response analysis model of the vertical flexible riser of deep-sea mining system is established.

The numerical simulation and analysis of the strength and hydrodynamic response of the vertical flexible riser is realized under the condition of system linkage operation.(4) The spatial morphology of the vertical flexible riser and the stress change law at the key position during system working are obtained;(5) The influence of ocean current direction on displacement and equivalent stress of vertical flexible riser is analyzed.
