Description
Podatki so razdeljeni v dva zavihka glede na obravnavani haplotip: p1 in p2. Vsak zavihek vsebuje seznam SNP ter pripadajoče vrednosti njihove pomembnosti v modelu.
Višja vrednost pomembnosti predstavlja večji relativni prispevek posameznega SNP k napovedni uspešnosti modela.</p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr">EN: The dataset contains SNPs and their calculated importance values obtained using a Random Forest model. The data are organized into two worksheets according to the haplotype analyzed: p1and p2. Each worksheet contains a list of SNPs and their corresponding model-derived importance values.
