A new species, Hepneriana phuphanensis Dong, Li & Song, sp. nov., is described and illustrated from Sakon Nakhon Province, Thailand. This represents the first record of the genus Hepneriana Dworakowska from Thailand. The new species is distinguished from all others in this genus by characters of the male genitalia, particularly the shape of the aedeagus, style, and subgenital plate.
