Zoning Map - Special Use Districts

Special Use Districts City and County of San Francisco Planning Department. The Special Use Districts are a component of the Zoning Map. Sec 235 of the Planning Code states: "In addition to the use districts that are established by Section 201 of this Code, there shall also be in the City such special use districts as are established in this Section and Sections 236 through 249.5, in order to carry out further the purposes of this Code. The designations, locations and boundaries of these special use districts shall be as provided in Sections 236 through 249.5, and as shown on the Zoning Map referred to in Section 105 of this Code, subject to the provisions of Section 105.
