Transcriptomic data of synergistic ferroptosis-apoptosis induction via a tumor-microenvironment-responsive Mn-doped ZIF-67 nanoplatform co-delivering ethyl ferulate for breast cancer therapy

We performed RNA-seq to profile the transcriptomic landscape of mouse breast cancer cells (4T1 cells) under different treatment conditions.The experimental design includes the following groups: Control, EF alone, Mn-ZIF-67 alone, and Mn-ZIF-67@EF combination treatment, each with three biological replicates.The dataset includes:Differential expression analysis (GO_Circlize.xlsx): Contains baseMean, log2FoldChange, p-value, adjusted p-value, and significance flags (Sig) for all genes.GO enrichment analysis (GSEA_GO_BP-Ridge.xlsx, GSEA_GO_CC-Ridge.xlsx, GSEA_GO_MF-Ridge.xlsx): Covers Biological Process (BP), Cellular Component (CC), and Molecular Function (MF) ontologies.KEGG pathway enrichment analysis (KEGG_Class_.xlsx): Includes background counts, candidate counts, enriched gene lists, P-values and Q-values for each pathway.Heatmap data (Heatmap_Top100_Symbols.xlsx): Provides raw counts of the top 100 differentially expressed genes across all samples for visualization of gene expression patterns.
