Replication data for Figs 15.5, 15.6, 15.11, BTPDs, UCs, Number, Duration, Cumulative time, 15 May 2026

For UCs, this file contains some new data from 1978, and a few corrections. This file is IDENTICAL to file = BTPDs, MCs, 03 Dec 2020--not sure about this on 15 May 2026. This file incorporates all the Numbers of UCs and Mean durations for each estrous female.

In this file, MeanUCtime = Mean time of all UCs for each BTPD female This file has no information on female-ID. Each line = case number for a unique female I started this file from the following file: BTPDs, UCs, Revised, 03 Dec 2020 ---but I have used only SOME of the data from this old file I assume that I checked the SYSTAT file 2X for PEFO data upon creation UC = Underground consortship, including information from Critical Underground Consortships (CUCs) Mean duration of each UC per female is in MINUTES.

Cumulative time for all UCs is summation of all UC times (in minutes), including CUC times. Cumulative time for all UCs are easy to calculate, and are graphed in Fig 15.11, but are NOT shown in this EXCEL file. One easy way to calculate the cumulative time for all UCs for each female is to multiple the Mean duration of each UC by the number of UCs.

I do show those calculations in this EXCEL file. All data in this EXCEL file from single BTPD Rankin Ridge Colony (RRC) at Wind Cave National Park These data used for Figures 15.5. 15.6, and 15.11 in Hoogland 2026. This file ready for longterm storage on 12 March 2025.
