The Relationship Between Fear of Missing Out and Attachment Anxiety and Its Intervention

Based on the development of digital social contexts, attachment anxiety in daily interpersonal relationships extends to anxiety emotional experiences in specific online social contexts, namely fear of missing. Therefore, the popularity of social media has provided new scenarios for the two-way interaction between attachment anxiety and fear of missing out.
