Description
(B) Spearman analysis using the xCell scores revealed a significant positive correlation between the enrichment of adipocytes and the enrichment of inflammation-related immune cells (monocytes and neutrophils) in the uterosacral ligaments.
(C) Spearman analysis showed the correlation between core DEGs’" expression and xCell scores of adipocytes, monocytes, and neutrophils in the uterosacral ligaments. (D) Spearman analysis displayed the correlation between xCell scores of microenvironment cells and enrichment scores of the PPAR signaling pathway in the uterosacral ligaments. *P-value P<0.05; ns, not significant; POP, pelvic organ prolapses.
