XG knockout and transcriptome perturbations in Ewing's sarcoma cell line TC-71

In order to assess the effect of XG knockout, CRISPR-Cas9 targeting exon 2 of XG was applied to TC-71 cells.
Description
Knockout cells were collected by fluorescence-activated cell sorting and validated by immunoblotting. Differential expression analysis was performed on wildtype versus knockout cells.
