Data for "areA overexpression coupled with polyoxin B treatment enhances protein accumulation and modulates texture properties in Flammulina filiformis"

The data include quantitative PCR results for gene expression analysis, biochemical measurements of protein, chitin, β-1,3-glucan, intracellular and extracellular polysaccharide contents, colony diameter records, texture profile analysis data.

All experiments were performed using wild-type, areA-silenced, and areA-overexpression strains of Flammulina filiformis under various nitrogen conditions and polyoxin B treatments. Data were collected from at least three independent biological replicates.
