Description
This series consists of a compendium of summary statistics from government and private sources that are available in comparable form for the geographic areas covered. Geographic areas include states, Standard Metropolitan Statistical Areas, counties, cities, and places.
Subjects covered include agriculture, area and population, banking, climate, crimes, education, ele ctions, electric bills, government finance and employment, health, households, housing, income, manufactures, retail and wholesale trade, service industries, and vital statistics. This data comprises government records extracted from the Archival Research Catalog (ARC). See the ARC catalog entry for this series for more information on this data and how to order it.
