Two automobiles drive along the wide road at center with a steep, excavated hill on the right. Houses stand at the top of the hill on the right while a cement trench lies along the left side of the road.

Railroad tracks wind around the hill from the left side of the road and trench with electrical poles standing along either side. Several long trains can be seen on the far left with houses standing on the short hill behind them. Corresponds to USC-0-1-1-701 and USC-0-1-1-702 taken before and during street construction.
