New taxa and revisionary notes in Rhinaulacini spittlebugs from southern Asia (Homoptera: Cercopidae)

New taxa are described and taxonomic changes proposed (see`Summary of proposed taxonomic changes'). Scanning electron micrographs of the head and antennal sensilla of the male adult of Sounama (Stenaulophrys) borneensis are provided.
