The Effect of the Renew and Reconstruction of Business Area on Enterpries\' Management Performance and Industrial Development

While traditional business area are confronting with fierce competition and operation nonplus of decline and switch alike, how to break through operation nonplus and upgrade enterprises’ competency are becoming important issues that enterprises and government concern about.

To upgrade enterprises’ competency and have industrial continuing development, the department of commerce of the Ministry of Economic Affairs（MOEA） in Taiwan is strongly promoting “ image business area” project and “renew and reconstruction of business area” project, those can help traditional business area improving integral management environment. MOEA hope to achieve the total management benefits of renew and reconstruction of business area by the means of professional counseling of the department of commerce of MOEA, common operation and common participation between enterprises, and improvement the software and hardware construction in the “renew and reconstruction” business area.
