Faunitaxys 13 (12): 1-17, DOI: 10.57800/faunitaxys-13(12), URL: dx.doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15352472 Abstract. – A study of a fresh material received from Panama, East of the Canal Zone, has revealed five new species which are then described: Robinsonia xanthopoda sp. n., Syntomostola harrisoni sp. n., Pseudosphex lindae sp. n., Pseudalus panamensis sp. n., and Trichromia croceicervix sp. n.

Moreover new highlights on poorly known species allowed new recombinations, synonymies or new status for several species in the genera Pryteria Möschler, 1883, Marecidia Schaus, 1901 or Sphecosoma Butler, 1876. Finally for the first time, male genitalia are provided for some species in the genera Rhipha Walker, 1854 or Hyperthaema Schaus, 1901.
