Six new species belonging to the densimacularis species-group of the genus Promalactis Meyrick, 1908 from China are described: P. chenzhouensis Wang sp. nov., P. espinata Wang sp. nov., P. proximinfulata Wang sp. nov., P. schizivalva Wang sp. nov., P. shengtangshana Wang sp. nov. and P. similiquinilineata Wang sp. nov. The female of P. similinfulata Wang, Kendrick & Sterling, 2009 is reported for the first time. Diagnostic characters for distinguishing the new species are given.
Images of adults and illustrations of genitalia are included.
