ITIH is predictive of immunotherapy efficacy in cohort B. a-d, Kaplan-Meier survival curves for overall survival (OS) comparing second-line atezolizumab vs. docetaxel across the four ITIH-predicted classes: homogenously immune-enriched (Hom-IE) (a), heterogeneously immune-enriched (Het-IE) (b), homogenously immune-depleted (Hom-D) (c), and heterogeneously immune-depleted (Het-D) (d). P values were calculated using the log-rank test.</p>
