<p dir="ltr">This repository contains the anonymized research data and supporting materials from a prospective case–control study evaluating serum subfatin concentrations and their relationships with hormonal and metabolic parameters in adolescents with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), recently renamed polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS).</p><p dir="ltr">The study included adolescents aged 10–19 years who were classified into a PCOS/PMOS group and a healthy control group.

The dataset comprises demographic and anthropometric characteristics, menstrual cycle features, serum subfatin concentrations, hormonal measurements, glycemic and lipid parameters, and calculated metabolic indices. It also includes the variables used in between-group comparisons, correlation analyses, and receiver operating characteristic curve analyses.</p><p dir="ltr">The primary objective was to compare serum subfatin concentrations between adolescents with PCOS/PMOS and healthy controls.
