This data represents a snapshot of supraglacial lake depths, areas and x,y location on the Larsen B Ice Shelf in February, 2000.
Description
The data was derived from processing a multi-spectral Landsat 7 image using the methods described in the following publication: Banwell, A. F, M. Cabellero, N. S. Arnold, N. F. Glasser, M. L Cathles and D. R. MacAyeal, in press. Supraglacial lakes on the Larsen B ice shelf, Antarctica, and at Paakitsoq, Greenland: a comparative study, Annals of Glaciology, 55(66).
