Occurrence data of floral visitors and potential pollinators of Calanthe discolor and Calanthe striata in South Korea

The records were obtained through continuous field observations conducted at one study site for each orchid taxon. Each record represents a floral visitation event and does not necessarily correspond to a unique insect individual.

The dataset includes the taxonomic identity of floral visitors, observation date and time, locality and coordinates, visited orchid species, observed floral visitation behavior, pollinaria attachment and attachment site, and voucher specimen accession numbers where available.
