<p dir="ltr">We are developing a technology to give an elite swimmer fast feedback on their swimming style.
Description
In this first stage we describe a real-time body motion capture system for the water. This will fill a critical gap for water sports training that is limited due to the current usage of camera-based systems.
In this first step we capture the swimmer’s motion. Our technology is based on Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) based methods coupled with recurrent neural networks.</p>
