A new version of VirusDetect for Windows (VDW) was generated that enables the automatic analysis of control viruses and artificial ‘spike-in’ sequences to set contamination thresholds and perform library quality control.
Description
The new version is being evaluated with several different datasets and is available for download from the following site, where also the user manual can be found: VDW version 0.92
