Circles represent the value of <i>EC</i><sub>50</sub>. The remaining parameters used for the prediction correspond to the best estimates obtained during model selection (Table C in <a href="ploscompbiol.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pcbi.1014790#pcbi.1014790.s001" target="_blank">S1 Text</a>).</p>
