Spatial Transcriptomics Unveils Immune Microenvironment Heterogeneity and Response-related Subtypes in NSCLC Treated with Neoadjuvant Chemoimmunotherapy

Listed in NCBI GEO

We conduct a single-arm phase 2 trial using pembrolizumab plus platinum-doublet chemotherapy to evaluate the efficacy and safety of perioperative immune-chemotherapy in patients with driver mutation-negative potentially resectable NSCLC.

Description

Further, we perform an exploratory analysis of spatial transcriptomic profiles to characterize the immune microenvironment landscape in primary tumor lesions and paired draining lymph nodes after chemoimmunotherapy, aiming to explore distinct pathological response features and potential mechanism.
