Transcriptomics of THP-1-derived macrophages infected with mycobacteria

Listed in NCBI GEO

Description

Transcriptomic profiling was performed on PMA-differentiated THP-1-derived human macrophages to investigate host transcriptional responses to infection with novel mycobacterial species (Mycobacterium camsae, Mycobacterium pumcae) in comparison with known reference strains (Mycobacterium gordonae, Mycobacterium abscessus, Mycobacterium marinum). This dataset provides insights into host-pathogen interactions and identifies key differentially expressed genes and pathways involved in macrophage responses to mycobacterial infection.
