Genetic relationship between GUN1 and NAC103 in response to plastid translation disruption

Listed in NCBI GEO

To investigate the link between GUN1 and NAC103 in response to plastid translation inhibition, we profiled the seedling root transcriptome after transient spectinomycin treatment.

Description

The tested genotypes include WT, gun1-101, nac103-11, and 35S:NAC103-GFP (NAC103-OX, OX103). Our results confirm that NAC103 is a key component of GUN1-mediated plastid signaling in roots.
